Get to do a little bit of sight-seeing with this week’s featured Dream Studio creation. This week is going to be a little different, because we’ll be featuring two videos instead of one. Why, you ask? Because komakatze, the creator of these, actually made it into two parts, so we’ll be featuring both to give you a maximum virtual tour.

Impressions Gran Canaria and Impressions Gran Canaria, 2 feature the landscape, structures, and the way of life of the people of Gran Canaria, a Spanish island near Africa.

The pictures are rustic and go far beyond what you see on typical postcards, showing how the people of Gran Canaria actually see the island. The rawness of the shots are actually what makes the place quite enticing to visit, because there is something in the rugged beauty of the place that makes them appealing. It’s really a very interesting and gorgeous place, and the pictures and the videos capture these perfectly.

It’s only five days until Christmas! Are you getting excited? We are!

During Christmas, we may ask for certain things that we would want to receive as our gifts. These usually come in the form of items: toys, gadgets, books, etc. Hajnee, however, has a different request and she expressed it in a very unique fashion: though a Dream Studio video!

“All I Want for Christmas” was made by the video creator as though she was writing to Santa Claus. SanrioTown Dream Studio Video of the Week!

Celebrating birthdays has got to be one of the most fun events in a person’s life. It’s that single day in each year where they get to feel even more special and good about themselves, surrounded by their family and friends. It’s really great, knowing that you’re also loved by the people you care about.

For the Sanrio fans out there, you probably know that one of your favorite characters celebrated her birthday just a few days ago. That’s right: we’re talking about Hello Kitty, and her sister too! November 1 marked the 33rd anniversary of her bringing happiness to the lives of people. A character she might be, but throughout the years, she’s been considered as a close friend by a variety of individuals.

This week’s video of the week shows Kitty and Mimmy being surrounded by their friends. Simply entitled “Kitty and Mimmy’s Birthday Party,” yoshisland made her video as the title said: favorite Sanrio characters like Chococat, Badtz-Maru, My Melody, and Pochacco got together to throw a party for the twin kittens, some even bearing gifts! The video’s really fun to watch, because it created a sense of unity for the characters, by gathering them together to celebrate the birthday not only of one, but two of their own! It’s really festive and fun, something that Hello Kitty and Sanrio fans would really love.

Dream Studio Video of the Week!

Anywhere you go, you’ll find a Hello Kitty lover. Maybe that’s why she is always depicted as going on tours around the world, so that she’ll be able to relate and “visit” her fans from all over.

 

This week’s featured video showcases some of the “country incarnations” Kitty has had over the years, but with a fun twist. Made by yoshisland, the video is called “Around the World”. It’s really quite interesting to watch, because the creator didn’t just put in pictures of Hello Kitty wearing different costumes: she narrates a short story about our favorite white cat visiting these different countries, with cool trivia and even a greeting in the language of that place! It’s really a fun video, not only because of the cute images, but also because you get to learn some new stuff too.

Dream Studio Video of the Week!

Throughout the years, Sanrio’s released adorable characters that people have come to know, love, and maybe, be inspired with. Such might be the case of this week’s featured video, because it shows adorable fuzzies created by the video maker herself.

SchoolTime Introduction, this week’s Dream Studio Video of the Week, is made by veedeck, an 11-year old aspiring artist. She features her self-created characters in her video, a bunch of adorable animals complete with their colors and names. She presents each of her fuzzies in a very creative way, maximizing the effects of Dream Studio by making these appear as though they really were meeting on the slides. Have you ever thought of combining Sanrio, a great source of cuteness, with other adorable items? denisenubla certainly did, and it’s her work that we chose as this week’s Dream Studio video of the week at SanrioTown!

Kawaii Stuff is a video that is all about cuteness. Not only does it feature fun (and sometimes yummy!) things like ice cream, candies, stationery, and stickers, but it also has favorite and well-loved Sanrio characters appearing with these items, sometimes even posing with these in their cameo appearances.
